General Rules and Conditions
Please communicate the following rules and conditions to your participants:
- Only two riders and two bags per golf cart. All participants must observe the safety rules printed in the cart, and must drive prudently as course conditions allow.
- Each participant must have a set of clubs and may rent clubs from the Golf Shop.
- Participants are to keep up with group in front of them.
- Children under the age of 7 are not allowed on the golf course at any time.
- Participants are required to adhere to the Dress Code. The golf course is a “soft spike” property.

The following dress code shall apply to golf players and non golfing spectators throughout the golf course, driving range and putting green. All dress code criteria shall apply to junior boys as it does to men and junior girls as it does to women.

Gentlemen shall wear pants or shorts and shirts tucked in. Shorts must be worn so as to measure a minimum of mid thigh length. Pants and shorts shall not be denim or chambray (of any color). Tennis shorts, bathing suits, cutoffs, frayed shorts or pants, gym shorts or sweatpants are not allowed. Gentlemen must wear shirts with collars and sleeves. Shirt collars shall be traditional style or minimum 1.5" mock. Tank tops, tee shirts and shirt styles without a collar are not allowed.

Ladies shall wear pants, shorts or skirts and tops. Shorts must be worn so as to measure a minimum of mid thigh length. Bottoms shall not be denim or chambray (of any color). Short shorts, running shorts, tennis skirts, cutoffs, bathing suits, frayed shorts or pants, gym shorts or sweatpants are not allowed. Ladies must wear tops with either collars or sleeves or both. Tank tops, crop tops and halter tops are not permitted.

Country View Golf Club is a soft spike country club. Shoes worn on the course shall be golf shoes with soft spikes or flat rubber soled tennis shoes.

Personal Property / Proper Conduct / Indemnity:
We do not guarantee the security of personal property, and you and each person using the facilities is required to take precautions against theft and to properly secure all articles of personal property. You agree that we are not responsible or liable for articles damaged, lost or stolen in or about the facilities. You are responsible for the proper conduct and attire of all participants, use and care of the golf course, clubhouse facilities, equipment and golf carts. You are also responsible for any injuries to people, or damage to property, equipment and golf carts caused by the participants of your event. You agree to promptly pay for all injuries to people and damage to property upon presentation of the charges. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless us, our partners, employees, agents, officers, directors, affiliates and independent contractors from and against any and all damages, losses, claims, costs, actions, liabilities, injuries, suits or allegations (collectively, “claims”), in whole or in part arising directly or indirectly from (i) your actions or the actions of any participant or guest of the event, or any of your teammates, employees, or agents, or (ii) any breach of this Agreement by you, except to the extent such claims are caused by our sole gross negligence or willful misconduct. Except as stated in the preceding sentence, neither of us is liable to the other for any incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the property who engages in disruptive, violent, profane, intoxicated or abusive behavior.
